ROMAN PRO-999 Rx-35 Problem Solving Primer seals torn drywall to create a wall surface that can be floated, spackled, painted or hung with wallpaper. Great for DIY projects. Use as a primer over skim coats, spackling and/or mud joints. This is the perfect primer for sealing drywall, contractor’s flat paint and old wallpaper waste residue. Works on typically problematic surfaces like textured walls and popcorn ceilings. Dries with slight residual tack, enhancing adhesion of wallpaper. Water based with low odor and no splatter that dries with a clear-matte, tacky finish after 3 hours. Avoid freezing; store upright in a cool, dry place. Each order includes 1-gallon of PRO-999 that covers approximately 400 square feet depending on application and comes with a 1-year limited warranty.
